Director
Phil is a Director of Endor Group and manages the HookSME team and delivery of our service.
Identified in 2012 as a super-connected person in the Australian Business Community, Phil has also served as an elected Director at numerous not for profit organisations including the PMI and the ACS.
RACHEL REANZARES
SME Liaison Coordinator
Rachel is HookSME's newest arrival, bringing her VIP Customer Service skills to the role of our Liaison Coordination rep.
With her many years in Customer Success based roles focusing on VIP level Customers globally, Rachel brings the level of organisation and coordination that Endor Group customers have come to expect as standard.
MARINA MOUSTAKAS
Research Assistant
One of our longest serving Researchers, Marina worked in Endor's Marketing business CMA for 7 years from 2011, then spent 5 years with 2dSearch before accepting the new challenge of being a founder member of HookSME.
As a Canadian / Greek, living in Sydney, Marina typifies the diverse culture of Australian SMEs

Research Assistant
Joining Endor Group as a backpacker in 2014, Clara excelled as a recruitment researcher for 2dSearch before moving to HookSME at the end of 2022.
With her moto of "Dare to be different", Clara likes to call herself a "Forensic" Researcher and her self declared role model is Abby Sciuto, the forensic scientist from NCIS.
