Do we guarantee that the SME will say nice things?
No. Absolutely not.
We guarantee that we will find you an SME that meets the criteria that you specify, otherwise, we will refund our fee.
We do not guarantee what the SME will do, say or write.
The SME will not publish anything unless you approve what they write, but you cannot control their opinion.
Do we provide refunds?
Yes.
We will not charge you if we do not introduce you to an SME that you approve as suitable. If we have charged you, then we will refund the full fee, provided you have not accepted the SME and agreed to meet them.

Once you meet the SME (online, telephone or face to face), then no refund is provided and our fee remains due.
Can we find rare or unusual SMEs?
Probably.
We have identified SME's in rare industry sectors such as Space Satellite Communications; Book Cover Design; Biopharmaceutical Compliance; and Intelligent Intravascular Drug Coating.
We guarantee that we will find you an SME that meets the criteria that you specify, otherwise, we will refund our fee.
