This service will identify and secure the services of an SME, to spend a maximum of 6 hours in case research; briefing discussions; travel time; and online or in-person attendance. 
 
The SME will have the qualifications, background and recent employment history specified by you, and have more than the minimum number of years experience specified by you. 
The appointed SME will provide documentary evidence of their certification and that they are an expert in the specified field.
