HookSME we will secure a Subject Matter Expert (SME) from the same field as the customer, who has recently held managerial and hiring responsibilities.
 
This SME will meet the customer online and perform an informal interview to determine their likely earnings.

The SME will produce a letter confirming who they are and why their opinion should be respected.  They will detail their opinion of the likely remuneration range that the customer will achieve through employment in Australia.
 
The SME will not confirm an offer of employment.  
 
This service provides a highly credible statement from a highly credible and appropriate SME on the likelihood of the customer's future remuneration.
