This service will identify and secure the services of an SME to spend time getting to know your product; assessing its features and the business issues that your product addresses.
The SME will be from an industry that you state, typically performs a role from a list of roles that you specify, and will be a person of credibility.
The SME will provide a 500+ word written response detailing their assessment of your product, including the aspects of your product that they particularly like, and (if appropriate) do not like. Where appropriate, they will provide recommendations for enhancements to your product.
If the SME positively endorses your product and if you approve, the SME will provide up to 3 pre-approved written endorsements on your social platforms from their social platforms (i.e. against appropriate LinkedIn profiles; company Google pages; Facebook pages; etc.). The SME will also, if requested, post a pre-approved comment on up to 3 pre-approved social media posts on agreed platforms.
SME Product Assessment
No refund is provided based on the outcome of the assessment.
A full refund is provided if no SME is identified, or if an identified SME is not deemed suitable by the customer (you) and is consequently not engaged.
Once a meeting with the SME is agreed upon, no refund is provided.
