This service will identify and secure the services of an SME with an expertise level specified by you.
 
The SME will interview you (online) and assess your resume; certifications; and any other documented evidence that you provide to demonstrate your skills and abilities.
 
The SME will provide the following written reports:
1) A private report to you detailing skills and attributes that they recommend you improve on.
2) A letter of recommendation, stating the assessment that they undertook and their opinions of your skills and abilities.
3) A LinkedIn endorsement pre approved by you, written from their profile and published on your profile.
4) One ‘comment’ on a post that you make on LinkedIn (from their LinkedIn profile) that states their opinion of your skills and attributes. (For example, if you post that you are looking for a new job, the SME could post their comment on your post).
 
The above written responses will be dependent on the SME holding the opinion that your skills and attributes are worthy of such endorsement and where action (i.e. LinkedIn posts) by you are required initially, these must be raised within 30 days of you meeting the SME.
